Infiniti Americas Vice President Michael Bartsch has revealed the U.S. launch of the entry-level Q30 has been pushed back several months.
Speaking to Wards Auto, Bartsch said the Q30 will be launched in Europe this in October or November but the U.S. launch has been delayed to the "first quarter of 2016.”
In related news, Bartsch said the US-spec Q50 will be available with a four-cylinder engine in July or August. As a refresher, the model has a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine that develops 211 PS (155 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a seven-speed automatic transmission which enables the model to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 7.2 seconds.
