Missed out on your chance to own the extremely limited Aston Martin Lagonda? Live outside of the Middle East? If you said "yes" to both then you could be in luck.
Aston Martin has just announced that it’ll be offering the bespoke Lagonda to customers in EU legislation-compliant Continental Europe, the UK, and South Africa. The Lagonda Taraf has been re-engineered to be available in either left or right-hand drive.
However, we’re still not talking about mass production here; Aston Martin has made clear that no more than 200 examples are planned. Power will come from the familiar 6.0-liter V12 making around 552 hp and 464 lb-ft of torque. It’s paired to a six-speed ZF automatic gearbox.
The carbon fiber body, along with the rest of the car, will be built at the company’s Gaydon facility as a part of Aston’s special projects division, the very same people behind the recent Vantage GT3 and Vulcan. Each Lagonda customer has the opportunity of personalizing their car via Aston’s bespoke Q Division.
Pricing wasn’t announced, but word has it that the car is only being offered to select clients by invitation only.
