Ford has assembled a 2015 Mustang GT Convertible on top of the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building.
It was 1965 when the Blue Oval company showcased the original Mustang Convertible on top of the Empire State Building which at that time was the tallest building in the world. Although the ESB has lost this status, they recreated the scene earlier this year with the latest generation Mustang Convertible.
Now, six of Ford's engineers were in charge of putting the Mustang GT Convertible on the 112th floor of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper which currently holds the title for the tallest building in the world as it sits 1,300 feet (399 meters) above the ground.
The publicity stunt is part of Ford's inauguration of its business unit in Middle East and Africa where they plan on introducing 25 models by 2016, including the Mustang set to go on sale next year.
