The first purported pictures of the McLaren 570S have surfaced online.
While pictures are grainy and low resolution, they show a stylish sports car that follows in the footsteps of the 650S and P1. The similarities might put some people off but the model has distinctively shaped doors with cutouts that channel air into the air intakes.
The interior pictures also leave a lot to be desired but we can see two-tone leather seats with contrast stitching. Additional details are hard to make out but there's a flat-bottomed steering wheel, circular air vents and a slender center console with an assortment of controls.
While we can't confirm the authenticity of these images, the McLaren 570S will feature a carbon-fiber monocoque and a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 engine that develops 570 PS (419 kW). It will be connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission which could enable the coupe to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than four seconds.
The McLaren 570S will be unveiled on April 1st, so stay tuned for full details.
