In celebration of “Canada Day” on the 1st of July, Fiat and Chrysler gathered a group of young students between the age of 12 and 18, to build a Jeep Wrangler mostly made of food cans.
It took them 12 hours and 4,500 cans to create a real size Jeep Wrangler.
The “Canstructured” vehicle was displayed at Vancouver’s waterfront Canada Place in order to raise awareness about poverty and hunger in a fun and interactive manner, before donating all cans used to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society.
